Turkish President Abdullah Gul met with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Wednesday in New York in the frameworks of the 65th session of UN General Assembly, Cihan news agency reported.
The meeting was held in the office of leadership of UN Security Council and attended by Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmed Davutoglu.
Then in the room of Turkish house Abdullah Gul met with the President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Dervis Eroglu.
Both meetings were held behind closed doors.
